    It’s likely that you’ve heard that doing a body cleanse is a path to health and well-being. But what is body cleansing?

    Body cleansing is just a means to detoxify the inside of your body. Often, people don’t give much consideration to the number and amounts chemicals they’re regularly consuming and applying on their skin. But if you start to take a closer look, you’ll likely see a whole lot of unnatural chemicals on the labels, and these chemicals are foreign to your body – your body doesn’t really know what to do with them. Colon cleansing is done regularly with at home enemas, or professional colonics. Liver cleansing is done with coffee enemas. While coffee enemas  sound a bit strange, they work like a charm!     Water fasting and juice fasting can be a part of cleansing too. Did you know that fasting is actually a way to detoxify the body? Juice fasting provides optimal nutrition, while you’re detoxifying too.

    Because the benefits of coconut oil are becoming so well known, coconut oil is often used in body cleansing too. Did you even know coconut oil is an extraordinarily powerful natural antiviral and antibacterial? Coconut oil is so powerful that some cleanses are based around fasting on lemonade with coconut oil in it.
