    One thing that you might not have considered as a stop snoring remedy is to lose some weight. If you are carrying excess weight, particularly if you are obese, too much body fat around your neck can cause the airway to be squeezed so that the throat gets blocked. This will help to disperse the fragrance all night and keep you breathing freely for hours. Even a vaporizer or humidifier on its own can be considered a good home remedy for snoring as dry air can make your sinuses and throat dry as well. Also, be aware that you don’t just have to stick to one remedy. Using a couple in conjunction can be very beneficial.
